My 9 Months as a Full StackWeb Development Engineer Intern

Hi, I am writing this blog to share my internship experience at Trizag Technologies. First, I want to let you know about the company. It is a startup company, and services provided by the company are Information Technology, IT Enabled services, BAIM, Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Processing Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, etc. It was established by Praveen Kumar Kadiri, Harsha Vardhan Adari, and Gowtham Sai Bandaru in the year 2020, August 03. It is an India-based sales consulting firm delivering solutions to clients. It offers an impressive portfolio of professional consulting services entirely customizable for your business.

I started my journey in the organization as an Intern on January 9th, 2023. I have been selected as a Full Stack Web Developer for this Internship. Gowtham Bandaru mentored me, and he is the hr in our organization. In the first four weeks of my training, they asked us to learn basic concepts.

To get the basic knowledge about the work done by the company, they assign me a task to observe the back-end servers and database functionality. Up to now, I know the front end, but I needed to familiarize myself with the back end. Begin a full stack developer, and the person has to be good in both front-end and back-end. So the company has assigned me some tasks to understand the servers and database functionality better. In that task, I learned the troubleshoot and debug applications. I worked with the front-end developer to integrate the user-facing elements with the server-side logic.

After two months of training in the company, I was familiar with the full-stack technologies. I have been onboarded in a project named Remedic. Remedic is a website for hospital management. We have to develop with the react framework. Before creating a website, we have to build the prototyping user interface(UI) and user experience(UX) with the help of Adobe Xd vector-based tool. After developing the interface. We are moving into the design of a website with React. My role in this project is to develop the website’s front-end part. Every day we have a meeting with our team members regarding the tasks, and every two days, we have a meeting with the project manager to know the work status. We were a team of 3 interns, and we worked collaboratively, which helped me to grow as a team player.

In the 9 months of my internship, I learned about each and every step of the project. I have been exploring different stacks. In my internship, I have been deployed to different projects and I gain prior knowledge in it. I have also been deployed to a cloud-related project. In my college, I have a cloud computing-related subject in which I gain knowledge and I have done the project. So that I am familiar with the AWS platform and know the AWS infrastructure. Due to this I can be more active in the project and exploring new things and learning difficult concepts. In my internship I have learned the teamwork, teamwork helps and promotes strong working relationships. I believe that every project is succeeded through teamwork. In a project, employees work together and succeed as a team, and our bond turns into trust and friendship. One of the benefits of teamwork in organizations is that it eliminates toxic work culture.

I want to say that the Internship has helped me so much with real-time experience working in the industry on real projects. This Internship gave me valuable exposure to business functions in real-time settings. It helps me not only in professional growth but also in personal growth as well. It figures out my overall strengths and skills that I possess and doesn’t know earlier. The Internship helps me learn from my mistakes as my mentor guides me at every stage. I want to thank Trizag Technologies for giving me this opportunity as an Intern.

I think this internship has helped me improve both professionally and personally. I want to thank Gowtham Bandaru for being my mentor and for supporting me during my work. Early in my career, I learned that the design phase and project planning is a collaborative process within a company. Hence, I want to be part of these real projects in the future and help me also gain knowledge and experience.
